Our Services
Post Foundation Testing
During the initial scheduling of your foundation repairs we will also schedule post foundation plumbing tests. The freshwater test is conducted from your water meter box or your water spigot. The sewer test is conducted either from your sewer line clean out; because of new construction some houses do not have a clean out, in this case we will remove and reconnect a toilet from inside your home to test. Once the testing is completed you will receive a pass/fail report depending on whether a leak was detected or not.
Plumbing Repairs
If a leak is detected during your post foundation repair testing our office will give you a call to set up a leak locate test for your freshwater system or an isolation test for your sewer system. A leak locate test will allow us to see the first break in your freshwater line, after that is repaired we can continue to check the remaining line. The isolation test allows us to isolate each section of your sewer line to give you a quote for which areas need to be repaired or replaced. We pride ourselves in transparency, so your report will be easy to read and we can provide photos taken during the test when available.
Workmanship Warranty
Once the repairs or replacement is completed we will provide a one year workmanship warranty for all plumbing work done by our company. We understand plumbing repairs can get expensive which is why we ensure to do things right the first time. We started this company to make our customers lives easier being able to work with an office staff that stays in communication and up to date on all active repairs and installations being provided by our companies.
