Integrity Family: Integrity Foundation Repair is a family owned business that has been servicing your area since 2007. Built by Jeff Marshall, his daughter, two sons, sister and friends all strive to make this company personalized and running smooth.
Policies
Fund at Close: We offer Fund At Close options as a case by case basis. We do require a closing date and title company information prior to the date we start work.
Warranty Info: Slab foundations come with either concrete or steel piers. For this we have a Lifetime transferable warranty. For Pier and Beam Foundations we have a 1-Year Transferrable warranty.
Engineer and Plumbing Test: We work with a third party engineer, scheduled with all FAC transactions. If you are not selling your home we will send an engineer at your request. We require a passed post-plumbing test for our warranties. Pre-Plumbing tests can be done at your request. We are not responsible for plumbing leaks.
