The crew arrived when they said they would be there. Their job was to level our foundation. They were experienced and each one knew what to do and when to do it. They finished the job on time including cleanup. They also verified the slab was level before leaving. I would recommend IFR for future work.

I was very pleased with the quick response by this company. After making a request for an inspection, Darrin was out the very next day and did a thorough inspection. Within a week our foundation was leveled with 10 additional piers and 2 failed piers placed by another company decades ago were repaired. The crew were fast and friendly and left my yard immaculate. I would definitely recommend IFR!

Fantastic! Got scheduled and came out in 1 day! Had 7 existing piers adjusted and added 5 new and the work was done and cleaned up in 3 hours flat! Incredible service. They even cleaned up very well when done so that you could hardly tell anything happened. Very impressed with this company. Highly recommend them.

We have had IFR come out twice to check our foundation and they have been fantastic each time. They are always on time, professional, thorough, knowledgable, and truthful. We have been told both times that our home is within normal measurements, there are no visual signs of problems, no selling! I couldn’t be happier with Integrity. They gave us the lowest quote out of around 4 different foundation companies. They were clear and thorough from the start, explaining in detail what would be required. I was worried they’d drill right through our flooring, but they gently removed the boards and placed them off to the side so we can go in later and put them back if we choose. Hopefully we don’t need foundation repair in the future, but if we do, I will immediately call Integrity!

Jimmy was on time (actually asked if he could come early), very polite and was honest. No adjustments were needed to the house. He could have sold us thousands of dollars of work but he didn’t. He said yes the house had shifted here and there but overall he wouldn’t recommend any work. How honest is that ???! If I ever need work from IFR they’ll be the ones I call. Arrived on time, crew chief respectful& professional. Communicated scope of work& time frame throughout the process. Workers kept everything on tarps. Didn’t disrupt landscape. Put back dirt & everything the way they found it. Picked up all tools& equipment. Swept off porch & driveway. Made sure everything was level ad they went. All beyond expectations!!!!!! We have had fantastic experiences with IFR. They came in to repair our pier and beam home, replacing all the piers with cement, leveling the house, adding French drains, and removing some dirt from the crawl space. The work was high quality and they have returned 2 times AFTER the warranty period ended to do free inspections and provide recommendations. Most recently, Mark did an inspection of the home and was able to give us a clean bill of health after 5 years. I highly recommend IFR!

They came and left as if work had never been done. The work was completed and the site supervisor walked me thru the entire process. He shows me when the piers were installed. Amazing work. Christy , in the office, prepared me well with what to expect. Things were meticulously put back where they were on the patio and it was cleaned up as though nothing ever happened! Would never have believed it was possible! Highly recommend IFR if this work is needed.

I can’t say enough about how integrity lived up to its name. My house is not an ordinary job. It is built into a hill and requires 2-3xs the digging depth as a normal on grade slab to even attempt to lift it. Integrity has worked on my house 2xs (lifted one side and then in the crazy drought the other side fell a bit ) and each time there were “extra challenges” but they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the result. Great responsive team even on a Saturday!

Overall a very good experience. Darrin was very kind and helpful when he came out to assess the work needed and gave us a fair quote/design. Bubba (the project manager) was really kind and the team did a good, timely job on the repair. They also checked and tuned every door on the house and they are all closing better than before. The office was responsive on the phone, and helped us schedule a quick repair date because of our needing to move out of our house. Goad we found Integrity.

What a wonderful experience I had with Mark Hatfield, Project Manager!He communicated very well throughout the process, called the week before his appointment to confirm, was very flexible and professional when I needed to reschedule and I was was running late. Upon arrival great first impression, shook my hand, gave me his business card, removed his shoes to keep my home floor clean. The inspector Brian was very knowledgeable and explained the process to us, so we could understand it. The day of the job, the crew was on time and it was clean when they left. I purchased my rental property in 2014 and the foundation repair was done by the owner using Integrity Foundation Repair in 2014. I had a lifetime transferable warranty, I called Integrity Foundation October 2022 and they came out to adjust my house and leveled it so that my doors now open. They were on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend them for service and commitment to their warranty.
